Halo

 I first saw Halo not long after she was born.  A very good friend of mine who owns some of the most stunning Gypsy Cobs around had bred her.  Both dam and sire are outstanding and Halo had the potential to grow into something very special.

I saw Halo from time to time but never with the thought of buying her.  I was considering purchasing another purebred but had said categorically on more than one occasion that I was not wanting to carry another foal through and that I would be looking at a 3 year old.  However, I went to visit my friend just after she had put Halo and another foal on the market…  Both foals were outstanding, but Halo was quite simply the complete package, with the most amazing feather I have ever seen on a foal.  Even after I left I just could not get her out of my mind.  Was I really going to purchase another foal?!  Yes… it turns out I was.  Will I be waiting years to see her progeny?  Yes I will… but I really do think it will be worth it all.

Halo is an absolute delight to have around.  She has settled in incredibly easily and well.  Paddocked with the lovely Molly who treats her like her own foal, Halo takes everything in her stride and will absolutely be one to watch.
