Thistle

 I was looking for another black and white filly when Thistle came up for sale, and she ticked all the boxes for me except that one.  It was my husband who finally said “so why are you not buying her?!” and so I did.

In the nicest possible way, Thistle is an absolute menace.  If you leave something lying around she will find it, and you will regret it.  Nothing fazes her at all and she has the most incredibly curious nature.  What she lacks in height she well and truly makes up for in personality.

While I’m very excited to see her foals in the future, I’m even more excited to see her going under saddle.  My guess is that she will not only be awesome under saddle but that she will love getting out and about and will end up being a one in a million kid’s pony.
